# Gallus Fighter

Gallus Fighter is a decentralized PvP (Player vs Player) online game where players earn cryptocurrency tokens by playing the game: this is referred to as the "Play-to-earn" model.

In addition to the classic Gamefi features (In-Game tokenomics such as a NFT marketplace and smart tools to breed, improve and equip game characters), the Gallus Fighter project innovates with the introduction of the DeFight principle.

{% hint style="success" %}
Gallus Fighter introduces the **first DeFight Metaverse**: the combination of in-game GameFi features and NFT-based DeFi products. It's an all-NFT tokenized ecosystem. For more, visit: [A Vision for DeFight Metaverse](/the-defight-metaverse/a-vision-for-defight-metaverse.md)
{% endhint %}

Each Gallus Fighter is tied to an NFT (Non-Fungible token) hosted on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) through an audited smart contract. For more details, please visit [Blockchain](/project/blockchain.md)
